How this works in FrescoAds
Use the system as one operating record
Launch readiness answers whether the exact market, locale, placement and version can leave the platform. It is not a media-publishing claim. FrescoAds prepares governed export collections; publishing destinations and automated release depend on the contracted integration and approval configuration.
- Market-by-format readiness
- Approval and rights checks
- Versioned export collections
- Release manifest and history
Open the readiness matrix
Review every required market against its feed, story, display, video, copy or commerce deliverables. The matrix should expose missing formats and open decisions rather than averaging them into one regional status.
Resolve absent assets before preparing the release. A completed Brazil feed asset does not make the Brazil story or Argentina feed ready.
Check before continuing
- Every required market is listed
- Every placement has a current asset
- Locale and product variant are correct
- Missing work remains visible
Confirm the current versions
Select only the versions that match the approved market and placement records. Compare recent changes against approval scope so an older accepted asset is not exported by mistake.
Archive superseded work without presenting it as launch-ready.
Check before continuing
- Current version selected
- Superseded versions excluded
- Market and placement labels match
- Change history remains accessible
Check decisions and blockers
Confirm all configured required brand, market, legal and business decisions. Optional comments may remain visible, but unresolved required decisions must block release.
Check whether any decision is conditional or expires before the planned campaign period.
Check before continuing
- All required decisions complete
- No blocking request remains open
- Approval scope covers intended use
- Conditions and expiry are valid
Verify product, offer and rights
Review product availability, price or offer validity, required disclosure, usage rights and source restrictions for the actual market and channel.
FrescoAds preserves the record; it does not replace customer legal, product or media-owner verification.
Check before continuing
- Product is available in the market
- Offer dates cover launch
- Disclosure is present where required
- Rights cover channel, region and period
Create a versioned launch collection
Name the release so the campaign, market scope and version can be recognized later. Include only approved formats and preserve a manifest describing the files and their source records.
If an integration is not contracted or enabled, export the collection for delivery through the customer's existing publishing process.
Check before continuing
- Release name is unique and readable
- Markets and placements are explicit
- Manifest is included
- Delivery destination is known
Record release and post-launch ownership
Record who prepared and released the collection, when it left the platform and which approvals supported it. Assign an owner for post-launch corrections, offer expiry and replacement assets.
If any exported asset changes, create a new release version rather than overwriting the earlier evidence.
Check before continuing
- Release owner and time recorded
- Approval evidence remains connected
- Post-launch owner identified
- Future changes create a new version
Common questions
Clarify the operating boundary
No universal publishing capability is claimed. FrescoAds prepares governed export collections; connected destinations depend on the customer's contracted deployment and enabled integrations.
