How this works in FrescoAds
Use the system as one operating record
A workspace is the controlled operating area that holds campaigns, people, provider rules and review history for a related part of the organization. It is not a folder for every asset the company owns. Set the boundary according to who needs shared context and who must remain separated.
- Region, brand and market scope
- Role-based workspace access
- Agency and local-team boundaries
- Organization-managed sign-in
Choose the operating boundary
Create one workspace for a region, brand group or business unit that shares campaign context and governance. Separate unrelated legal entities, agency clients or teams with materially different provider and data rules.
Start with the smallest boundary that supports the first live workflow. Additional workspaces can be introduced when ownership, access or commercial scope genuinely differs.
Check before continuing
- Name the organization and workspace owner
- Record the brands or portfolio in scope
- Add the countries and working locales
- Identify any agency or partner boundary
Add markets and language context
Add the markets that will create, adapt or review campaign work. FrescoAds supports a regional Spanish operating base alongside market-level Spanish variants and PT-BR workflows; the exact locales required by a campaign remain explicit in its brief.
Market membership controls operating context, not automatic translation. Local terminology, product availability, offers and legal requirements must still be supplied and reviewed by the responsible team.
Check before continuing
- Regional Spanish convention is identified where used
- Brazil work is assigned to PT-BR
- Market-specific locale variants are recorded
- A local owner exists for every active market
Assign people by responsibility
Invite only the people needed for the initial workflow. Assign access according to the decisions a person owns rather than relying on job title alone.
Administrators control structure and policies; creators work with briefs and assets; reviewers receive named decisions; observers use read-only visibility. Available role detail depends on the contracted deployment.
Check before continuing
- Administrator coverage is confirmed
- Creators can access only relevant work
- Required reviewers are named
- Observers cannot change campaign records
Scope external participation
Agency and partner access should be restricted to the workspace, campaign or review responsibility they need. Do not give external collaborators regional visibility merely because they participate in one asset or market.
Before source files are uploaded, review whether partners can see other brands, markets, prompts, provider choices or approval history.
Check before continuing
- External access has a business owner
- Partner visibility matches assigned work
- Confidential brand context is not broadly exposed
- Access end dates are recorded where appropriate
Confirm the sign-in and control path
FrescoAds accounts are provisioned through an activated organization; there is no public self-service registration. Enterprise identity routing and SSO are configured during deployment when contracted.
Complete an access review before moving production content into the workspace. If a user cannot sign in, the workspace administrator or FrescoAds account support should verify provisioning rather than creating a second public account.
Check before continuing
- Organization-managed access is understood
- SSO requirements are documented where applicable
- At least one recovery contact is known
- Initial access review is complete
Common questions
Clarify the operating boundary
Not automatically. Use separate workspaces when access, client, brand or provider policy must be separated. A regional workspace can contain multiple markets while still assigning local responsibilities.
